🏆 Franklin County Angels Head to the World Series Huge congratulations to the Franklin County Angels 10U Dixie Youth Softball All-Stars! They captured the state championship with a hard-fought 4-1 win and are now heading to the World Series in Belleview starting July 31. What a proud moment for the players, coaches, and the whole community!

🐚 Bay Scallop Season is Open! Good news for seafood lovers and boaters — the 2026 recreational bay scallop season is now open in Franklin County (including Carrabelle, Lanark, and surrounding areas) and runs through September 24. 🤝 New Community Group in Lanark A new group called “Lanark By The Sea” has started meeting on Mondays, bringing neighbors together for fellowship and connection.
