📚 Library Volunteer Opportunities Available The Franklin County Public Libraries are accepting volunteers at the Eastpoint and Carrabelle branches for tasks such as shelving and book processing. Teens can also get involved through the Teen Advisory Board.

🦕 Summer Reading Program Underway Franklin County Public Libraries’ “Unearth a Story” Summer Reading Program is running, with participants able to track their reading using the Reader Zone app or traditional paper logs.

🐢 Sea Turtle Bolognese Released at St. George Island A green sea turtle named Bolognese, the last of approximately 600 turtles cared for by Gulf Specimen Marine Lab after a February cold stun event, was released at St. George Island after recovering from pneumonia.
